Overview
The Hillsdale Farmers’ Market has been a vital part of our neighborhood since 2002. Providing healthy, locally grown food; facilitating food assistance for low income customers; supporting local farmers; fostering the growth of small businesses; and being a community hub for connecting with our neighbors - we are here for it all.

We are a year-round market. The composition of our market shifts with the seasons: produce offerings shift from root vegetables and storage crops in the winter to juicy fruits, flavorful summer veggies and gorgeous flowers in the warmer months; craft vendors make a seasonal appearance for the winter holidays; and some of our summer vendors take the colder months off and come back with renewed vigor in the spring. Families come out in force in the spring for the return of the kids’ Power of Produce (POP) Club, and the market hosts a variety of events centered around the bountiful seasonal produce our region has to offer.
With the rising cost of - well, everything - it has become nearly impossible for a farmers market to be a “self-sustaining” organization. We are exceedingly grateful for the financial support of both our local business sponsors and our individual community donors. This is “putting your money where your mouth is” in its truest form!
